The huge market success of smartphones, tablets and other mobile Internet devices has created a wealth of novel applications, and with them a rapid increase in the amount of mobile data being consumed by users. This growth is accompanied by users’ expectations of instant access to multimedia content and other data services. In order to support this, new approaches and protocols must be developed to deliver novel multimedia services and applications instantly and with high Quality of Experience over wireless networks.

This track aims to provide an international technical forum to bring together experts from industry, academia and regulatory bodies.
