- Format the final version of the paper
- Generate Xplore-compatible PDF format paper

- Submit the Copyright Form on the EDAS system
Failure to comply with all the required elements will lead to the removal of the paper from the technical program and the conference record.

- If your paper is accepted as “Short paper” then the camera-ready version should be reduced to 3 double column pages (maximum of 1 additional page allowed – 4 pages in total – with over-length page fee of 100€/page)

Also notice that the registration fees for authors are not refundable.

- PDF format only is accepted
- Do NOT use page numbers, headers, or footers on your manuscript

Poster Presentation Guidelines
Authors of short papers assigned to poster sessions should be sure that the title and content of the poster correspond to the title and content of the short paper included in the technical program. The poster should be displayed (on provided vertical high grids) so that a number of people can view the presentation at the same time. The poster should be prepared with the maximum dimensions of A0 size.
